What is it all about

Global Talent manages recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of JE Global members. The Department designs training programmes, supports succession planning, and works closely with Directors to address capacity needs. The challenge is building continuity in a high-turnover, volunteer environment. Alumni often pursue HR, people operations, learning and development, or organisational psychology paths. The Department attracts, develops, and retains high-performing members, fostering engagement and professional growth.
 

What you should expect

• Implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.

• Design development programmes for Officers.

• Provide training opportunities for Confederations and members.

• Work with department Directors to address talent needs and succession planning.
