If you are applying from a developing country, an LDC or fall into one of our sponsored groups, you may qualify for reduced pricing. Include your details in the application and we will assess eligibility as part of the approval process.
Bulk purchase for Junior EnterprisesJunior Enterprises buying 10 tickets or more for their direct members can profit from our 10% group discount on base prices. Reach out to our contact center to register for a group discount. Discounts cannot be obtained for tickets already purchased. Promotions are non stackable.
What is not included
Accommodation is not included in ticket pricing. Accommodation options, upgrades, Gala Dinner, travel support packages, meal vouchers, and the JEWC Festa programme are offered as add ons, discoverable once your application is approved.

Simple rule: apply first, buy only if approved. No shortcuts.
Deadlines
Applications close: 1 June 2026.
Final acceptances close: 7 June 2026.
10% early bird discount applies to the first 100 approved applications.
Seat security
Once approved, you receive a payment link and your spot is reserved for 7 days. If you do not finalise purchase within that window, the spot is released to the next applicants.
Due to high demand, we cannot accept application skipping.
