Junior Enterprises Global primarily collaborates at network level rather than with individual Junior Enterprises. Our work is designed to create structural impact across countries and regions, which means that direct cooperation with single JEs is not our standard operating model. That said, on a case by case basis, we do co create with individual Junior Enterprises or small groups of JEs when initiatives demonstrate clear scale, strategic relevance, and alignment with our global priorities, such as within flagship efforts like the 100 Initiative, JE2JE Mentoring, or major Network initiatives.
