What is it all about

The Department fosters community engagement by organising impactful events, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. C&E designs and runs global and regional events, from conferences to structured networking initiatives. Work includes planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and evaluation of impact. The challenge lies in delivering high-quality events across borders, time zones, and capacities. Alumni frequently enter event management, community building, or programme coordination roles.
 

What you should expect

• Plan and execute global and regional events, from virtual conferences to networking sessions.

• Oversee the Global Event Participation Programme to maximise JE Global’s visibility.

• Develop strategies to boost event attendance and engagement.

• Partner with Global Communication to effectively promote events.
