We are a fully youth led, international youth organisation, which regularly applies to international grant and donor initiatives to further our own and those causes we support. Our core purpose is the enlargement, connection and representation of the international Junior Enterprise Movement of 2100+ independent youth-led university level associations focusing on sustainable development through project based impact.

We are an interest representative with the European Union under Transparency Register Number 743687394665-07 and stakeholder to EU Youth Initiatives for our international constituency.
Furthermore, we act as the Representation of the Junior Enterprises Movement for the United Nations all around the world. We are an international nonprofit with Roster Status of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) and relations to several United Nations Agencies. Our key UN engagement centers around SDGs 4,5,8 and 17 of the 2030 agenda.
Purpose of the association
The non-profit, international purpose of the Association is, in its own name or in the name of its members or third parties, for its own account or for the account of members or third parties:
To unite Junior Enterprises, confederated through National Confederations (regional structures, such as Federations, may be established under a National Confederations on a case by case basis) and Continental Confederations, promoting and encouraging intercultural and professional exchange between members of the JE movement (entities mentioned above), developing its level of professionalism and promoting the enlargement of the JE concept worldwide, as well as coordinate international collaboration and enlargement efforts between the members of the JE movement;
To promote the Junior Enterprise concept to companies, institutions, other international or regional associations, governing bodies, the media and general public;
To enhance cooperation of the JE movement with and integration of the JE concept into civil society, social partners and the formal as well as informal learning sector, to encourage engagement with members of the JE movement and students outside thereof, in order to generate a positive impact in society;
To represent the JE concept and global Network to international bodies, raising awareness and promoting meaningful partnerships with external organisations;
To develop a global Network, providing the resources, data, guidelines, structure and support to accelerate the development of the global members of the JE Movement;
To integrate the global Network by connecting its actors, promoting agreement on the nature and identity of the JE concept and setting standards to that effect, as well as fostering alignment on key-matters;
To foster among Members, Junior Enterprises and eventually all individual members of the global Network, entrepreneurial skills and a hands-on culture of economic empowerment, complementing formal learning with an entrepreneurial education, supporting academic teaching and learning, inspired by a learning-by-doing philosophy, including formal and informal education and learning outcomes;
To promote and guarantee inclusiveness for all Network members and stakeholders of the Association’s worldwide;
To expand the JE movement to all continents worldwide and support/incept the creation of National Confederations as well as Continental Confederations under the umbrella of JE Global;
To protect the unity of the global concept of Junior Entrepreneurship and support National Confederations as well as Continental Confederations in the effort of protecting the JE concept against misappropriation, misrepresentation and infringement.

Their use without the express authorization of JE Global on any medium, for the purpose of promoting products or services, and in particular for commercial purposes, is forbidden under penalty of criminal and civil prosecution.
The “100 Initiative” name and visual identity in the context of the JE Movement (including its logo and associated design elements) are the exclusive intellectual property of Junior Enterprises Global. Any reproduction, modification or use, in whole or in part, for commercial, promotional or unauthorised purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of JE Global and may result in civil and criminal liability.
