What it is all about

Network Development supports National Confederations and Junior Enterprises, running audit campaigns and structured development programmes. The Department assesses maturity, identifies gaps, and supports improvement across very different local realities. The challenge is applying common standards to a highly diverse global network. Alumni frequently move into organisational development, capacity-building, or international programme roles. The Department strengthens the JE Network by providing support, oversight, and development programmes to drive excellence.
