Junior Enterprises Global exists to transform vision into action. Our work encompasses a broad and dynamic spectrum, reaching from grassroots student initiatives to global advocacy at the highest institutional levels. Every project, partnership, and programme is shaped by the conviction that youth-driven entrepreneurship can serve as a powerful engine for societal progress.
Our impact is not limited to the internal growth of the network. Junior Enterprises across the world drive digitalisation, foster social innovation, and help organisations of all sizes adapt to new challenges, demonstrating that student-led work is a force for real-world transformation and impact.
Enlargement
At the heart of our mission is the drive to enlarge the Movement. We support the founding and development of new Junior Enterprises in diverse regions, accompanying students from their first idea to the creation of recognised legal entities capable of delivering tangible impact. Through tailored development programmes, mentorship, and a global maturity model, we empower student founders to navigate legal, strategic, and operational challenges. Our Enlargement Team works closely with local leaders, universities, and stakeholders to ensure that the spirit of entrepreneurship takes root and flourishes in new contexts, always guided by principles of inclusivity and excellence.
Representation
Our work is equally defined by our commitment to representation. Junior Enterprises Global stands as the collective voice of Junior Entrepreneurs and later founders on the international stage. We advocate for the interests and recognition of the Movement at United Nations forums, policy roundtables, and global summits on education and economic development. By building alliances with institutions, corporations, and other elements of the CSO ecosystem, we ensure that the value and perspectives of youth entrepreneurship are not only heard but also reflected in real decisions, frameworks and partnerships.
Connection
Connection is the final cornerstone of our activity. We create platforms for knowledge exchange and collaboration, from large-scale conferences to cross-border project matchmaking and other network services. Our network connects students from all disciplines, backgrounds, from global north to global south, enabling them to share best practices, develop joint initiatives, and learn from one another in a spirit of mutual support and ambition. Through digital resources, training academies, and regular peer-to-peer events, we sustain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for the sake of our own and the generations to come.

The Political Declaration sets a joint, future understanding of how JE Global should develop and deliver for the global movement. It is not aimed at any particular mandate, it is a shared way forward. By defining five vision pillars, it provides a clear strategic frame for long term direction, alignment, and continuity across mandates.
