Welcoming the First Global Directors of Junior Enterprises Global
At Junior Enterprises Global, leadership is not a title—it’s a commitment to serve, to structure, and to drive forward the world’s largest youth-led entrepreneurial network. Today, we are proud to mark a major milestone in our internal evolution: the appointment of the first-ever cohort of Global Directors.
This structural reform reflects the growth and complexity of the JE Movement. As our network expands across regions and sectors, so too must our ability to operate with precision, strategy, and cohesion. The introduction of the Global Director role signals exactly that.
Building Capacity Across Departments
Each Global Director is entrusted with the operative leadership of a core department, ranging from Regulatory Affairs to Communications, Finance, Enlargement, Public Relations, and beyond. In this capacity, Directors guide the work of a team of Officers and act as both mentors and executors—ensuring that global operations reflect our values, priorities, and professionalism.
In addition to standard department leads, this first cohort includes:
Special Directors, charged with cross-functional or high-priority portfolios
Deputy Directors, who strengthen continuity and ensure dynamic departmental coordination
Together, these roles form the foundation of a coherent, accountable, and mission-driven internal structure—an essential step in making our impact scalable and sustainable.

Our first generation of 20 Directors is as globally representative as the network they serve. With members from Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, this team brings together local understanding and international insight—each one with a strong record of commitment to the Movement.
