Launch of the JE Global Alumni Programme & First Alumni Event
Dear Alumni,
There is something deeply powerful about coming home—not just to a place, but to a community. This February, we opened the doors to something many of us have long wished for: a space for reconnection, shared purpose, and renewed impact. It is with great excitement that I announce the official launch of the JE Global Alumni Programme, and the successful gathering of our first global JE Alumni Event.
As the Director for Alumni Affairs, and as a former Junior Entrepreneur myself, I know the extraordinary experiences and bonds we share across time zones, industries, and generations. What we gained through the Junior Enterprise Movement was more than project experience—it was identity, leadership, and vision. Now, it’s time to return—not just to celebrate the past, but to shape the future.
The Alumni Programme – Built by Alumni, for Alumni
Our goal is simple: to offer meaningful ways for former Junior Entrepreneurs to re-engage, contribute, and grow alongside the Movement. We’ve designed the Alumni Programme with flexibility and purpose at its core:
Mentorship Programme
Share what you’ve learned with the next generation. Help Junior Entrepreneurs navigate decisions, scale ideas, and make the most of their journey—just as someone once did for you.
Envoy Programme
Become a voice for the Movement where it matters most. As an Alumni Envoy, you’ll help grow Junior Enterprises in your region, introduce us to new partners, and carry the model forward in new frontiers.

We're developing new alumni-led initiatives that span impact, entrepreneurship, and education. You’ll be the first to know—and the first to lead.
A Global Event to Mark a New Beginning
On 23 February 2025, we hosted our first JE Global Alumni Event, bringing together alumni from across continents to reconnect and reflect. The energy in the room—virtual or not—was unmistakable: joy, recognition, and a strong sense that our journey together isn’t over. Speakers from past Executive Teams, founding Confederations, and our newest regional alumni took the floor to share how the Junior Enterprise experience still shapes their professional paths and values today. It was more than an event. It was a renewal.
