Work ranges from platform management to process optimisation and technical support for Departments. The challenge is enabling efficiency without overengineering volunteer workflows. Alumni often pursue IT management, product operations, or digital transformation roles. The Department provides and maintains technological solutions that support JE Global’s operations and digital transformation.
