What it is all about

The Strategy Department works on organisation-wide initiatives, high-impact projects, and long-term planning that shape how JE Global evolves. This includes strategic frameworks, policy development, monitoring progress, and aligning Departments around common priorities. The challenge lies in turning ambitious ideas into workable plans across a volunteer-based, global structure. Alumni of Strategy often move into consulting, policy, corporate strategy, or public sector roles where structure and synthesis matter.
 

What you should expect

• Design and implement the strategic framework for JE Global’s growth.

• Conduct SWOT analyses to inform key decisions and expansion efforts.

• Develop and refine policies and procedures that guide organisational operations.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment across all Departments and monitor the progress of the strategic objectives.
